This mob know their product and how to assist customer satisfaction and flow. Despite the Christmas Eve panic and rush, multiple staff assisted our needs and helped hand select best value products to match our needs. Absolutely brilliant - with the exception of the very sad, melting, bags of "ice" (They were left exposed in a stack in their car park and were comprised of 30% water when we got to them).

Had great service from Glynn. Im an “ex grog monster”, but I only drink non alcohol beer and sometimes 0.0 wine now. They had a good range. Heaps Normal hazy and Holstein 0.0 beers are my faves. Glynn helped us out and was very knowledgable. The other staff were super friendly as well. Id go back for sure.

I really enjoy coming to this branch of DM’s the staff are normally lovely especially the ladies that do the promo’s 💯 however it’s Xmas Eve , the store is super busy, but the floor staff is VERY HELPFUL 🙌 🍷 👏 B U T - the chubby “FAT” lad at the checkout is sooo RUDE!! Clearly his not feeling the Christmassy vibes “a true Christmas GRINCH”😬😬 Merry 🎅 Christmas 🎅Everyone at Dan Murphys Como accept “The Grinch” 🤢

Thursday, I dashed into Dan Murphy’s in Como just before closing time at 8:55 PM, expecting the usual last-minute shopping frenzy. To my surprise, Izzy, an absolute star, approached me in the wine aisle. Despite it being nearly closing time, her approach was nothing short of warm and helpful. She didn’t just offer assistance; she provided assistance a shopping list of drinks I had on me; including cocktails, sour beers, premixes, and a Pinot Noir. Even when the brand I initially wanted wasn’t available, Izzy quickly suggested an excellent alternative that hit the mark perfectly. It’s rare to receive such amazing service, especially so late in the day. Izzy’s knowledge and customer care really made my day. Hats off to her for turning a rushed shopping trip into a delightful experience. Highly recommend visiting when Izzy’s around!

Security guard was very rude. Wouldn't accept ID on phone. Didn't try to ID any other customers. I believe he is discriminating against me. Wouldn't even allow my friends to enter the establishment .I am definitely above the drinking age.

Had a terrible experience here. The counter staff who is serving me is either racist or bias. I don't obviously look under-age, and I am 42. He asked for my drivers license in order to buy a non alcoholic beer!. He just wasted my time queuing and going in there.

Great size store with the usual great selection & deals from Dan Murphy's. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and a very handy deliver to boot parks right out front.

Security guard out front would let any one do to lack of physical ID but didn’t ID anyone else trying to walk in. All people in group are 30+ years of age. Was extremely rude with entire situation
